EV Charging and Electronics Repair in Faisalabad
When an electric car will not charge, or loses drive power, the fault is usually in the charging and power electronics. Mechanic Touch checks the port, onboard charger, inverter, and DC-DC converter, then repairs the failed part instead of condemning the whole battery.

Charging and power-electronics symptoms
- Charging starts, then stops with a fault
- Car charges on one socket but not another
- Charge port hot, loose, or not locking
- Ready light on, but no drive or sudden power cut
- 12V system warning together with a charging fault
Why charging faults need electronic diagnosis
- Tells a bad cable or socket apart from an onboard-charger failure
- Inverter and DC-DC checks when the car charges but will not drive
- Protects the high-voltage battery from repeated failed charge attempts
- Quoted repair after the scan, with workshop support when required
Electronics we diagnose and repair
- Charging-port, lock, and communication-line checks
- Onboard charger fault codes and input-side inspection
- Inverter and motor-control warnings that limit drive power
- DC-DC converter tests when the 12V battery is not being supported

Frequently asked questions
- My EV will not charge at home. Can you check it?
- Yes. We check the port, lock, and onboard charger codes, and we ask whether the same cable works elsewhere. That separates a socket problem from a car fault.
- What is an onboard charger?
- It is the unit inside the car that converts AC wall power into DC for the battery. A failed onboard charger stops AC charging even when the battery itself is healthy.
- The car charges but will not drive. Is that the inverter?
- It can be. The inverter turns battery power into motor power. We read inverter codes and coolant condition before replacing it, because a sensor or contactor fault can look the same.
- Do you repair EV wall chargers as well as the car?
- We diagnose the vehicle side — port, onboard charger, and related electronics. If the fault is only in a home wall box, we say so and do not charge you for a car repair.
